Whether adjudicative or mediative, we require our panelists to disclose conditions which may pose a conflict of interest. We also conduct internal audits of Hearing Officers' decisions to detect trends that may indicate a plaintiff or defendant bias of some nature.
Competitive Rates
FRS delivers incomparable value to its clients by offering the most competitive rates in the industry. For matters in which the amount in controversy is $50,000.00 or less, FRS offers reduced fee mediation and arbitration services at $200.00/hr.

Clients are welcome to use our comfortable, private conference rooms equipped with complete amenities and state-of-the-art technology. We provide a catered lunch on full day matters. Snacks and refreshments are always available. Hearings may be held at one of our convenient locations or a venue chosen by the parties. FRS serves Los Angeles, Ventura, San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange, San Diego, Kern, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo Counties.
Confidentiality & Privacy
Subject to the limited exceptions imposed by statute or regulation, FRS maintains confidentiality and privacy of ADR proceedings, protecting individuals, corporations and brands from negative public, press or market interest.
