(1993-Present) Since leaving the Bench in September 1993, Judge Sara Radin has served as a private judge for mediations, settlement conferences, and arbitrations, and has been selected by counsel and appointed by the court as discovery referee in complex civil cases.
Judge Sara Radin was also appointed by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court and served as Special Master in a discipline hearing of a sitting judge brought by the Commission of Judicial Performance.
