• (1993-Present) Since leaving the Bench in
September 1993, Judge Radin has served as a private judge for
mediations, settlement conferences, and arbitrations, and has
been selected by counsel and appointed by the court as
discovery referee in complex civil cases.
• She was also appointed by the Chief Justice
of the Supreme Court and served as Special Master in a
discipline hearing of a sitting judge brought by the
Commission of Judicial Performance.
