PERSONAL:

Mr. Corcoran is married to former Linda Olson of West Covina, and they have four children.

INTERESTS:

Mr. Corcoran and his family enjoy skiing in Sun Valley, Idaho, and they participate in endurance events, including Ironman events in Hawaii. He and his wife also enjoy participating in events such as climbing to the summit of Mt. Whitney or doing the Marine Corps and New York City marathons on back-to-back consecutive weekends. They both also completed the Ironman Triatholon World Championship in Kona, Hawaii in October of 2006.
