Judge Gallivan retired in December 2006 after 20 years of service for the Orange County Courts. Most recently, he served on the Unlimited Jurisdiction Civil Panel for the Orange CountymSuperior Court as well as a hybrid Civil/Family Law Panel. Prior to his appointment to the bench, he practiced for 21 years with a focus on General Civil Litigation and Family Law. He became a certified Family Law Specialist in 1979.
